Kumasi is once again proving why it stands as one of Ghana’s strongest centers of culture and creativity, and this time the spotlight is firmly on fashion.
At the heart of this growing movement is KING USIF, the creative mind behind U & A Klodin, Level 25 Kloding, Kumasi 08, and several vintage-inspired clothing lines that continue to shape and redefine streetwear culture in the Ashanti Region.

Level 25 Kloding in particular has grown from a streetwear idea into a powerful fashion statement within the city. The brand recently gained major attention during the AshantiFest Fashion and Exhibition Night, when the Ashanti Regional Minister appeared in a design from the Level 25 line.
This moment placed local street fashion directly on a respected public platform, showing how deeply youth-driven creativity is beginning to influence leadership spaces and official cultural celebrations.
The impact of Level 25 Kloding was further highlighted when the Kwabre East Member of Parliament and the Sunyani East Member of Parliament were also seen wearing designs from the brand during the AshantiFest celebrations.
AshantiFest itself became a wider celebration of creativity in Kumasi, extending beyond fashion into art and community engagement at the Asokwa Interchange underpass.

As part of the event, students from various schools took part in a street painting exercise organized by the Regional Minister, transforming the space into a vibrant expression of youth creativity and cultural pride.

The same location also featured an innovative mini library installation, designed with postbox-style shelves where people can freely pick books to read and return them afterward, promoting a culture of shared learning and public responsibility.
Through all these activities, fashion remained one of the strongest symbols of expression, with Level 25 Kloding standing at the center of attention.
